1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

¼ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (or vegan alternative)

¼ cup creamy Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

4 large whole wheat or spinach tortillas

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Lemon wedges for serving

Prepare Chickpeas: In a large bowl, toss the drained chickpeas with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
