8 oz (225g) pasta (penne or fettuccine works great)

1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

2 cups fresh broccoli florets

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Red pepper flakes (optional, for a spicy kick)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. In the last 3 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets to the pot. Drain the pasta and broccoli and set aside.

    Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
