Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup blue cheese dressing

1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (adjust for heat preference)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix Base Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, and buffalo wing sauce. Use a hand mixer or a sturdy spoon to blend until smooth and well combined.

Add Chicken: Fold in the shredded chicken, ensuring it's evenly coated in the creamy mixture.

Add Cheese: Stir in 3/4 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese until it's incorporated evenly throughout the dip.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the dip mixture into a greased 9x9 inch baking dish (or equivalent) and spread it out evenly.

Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the dip.

Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese on top is melted and slightly golden.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, and let it cool slightly. Garnish with sliced green onions. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks for dipping.
