4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 ripe avocado, mashed

1 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1 cup shredded carrots

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: Hot sauce for drizzling

Prepare the Creamy Ranch Spread: In a medium bowl, combine the mashed avocado, Greek yogurt, and ranch seasoning mix. Stir until smooth and creamy. If desired, add a pinch of salt and pepper to enhance the flavor.

    Prep the Wrap Ingredients: Wash the spinach leaves, slice the cherry tomatoes, and cucumber, and shred the carrots if not already prepped. Set aside.

      Assemble the Wraps:

        - Place one tortilla on a clean surface or a large plate.

          - Spread a generous amount of the creamy avocado ranch mixture over the tortilla, leaving about an inch border around the edges.
