2 ripe avocados, pitted and peeled

1 fresh jalapeño, seeds removed and chopped (adjust to taste)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)

1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)

1/4 cup cilantro leaves, chopped

1 garlic clove, minced

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: extra cilantro or sliced jalapeños for garnish

Prepare the Avocados: In a medium-sized bowl, place the ripe avocados and mash them with a fork or potato masher until smooth but still slightly chunky.

    Blend in Jalapeño: Add the chopped jalapeño to the mashed avocado, mixing well. If you prefer a milder flavor, use only half of the jalapeño or remove the seeds.

      Creamy Base: Stir in the Greek yogurt (or sour cream) until fully incorporated and creamy.

        Add Flavor: Squeeze in the fresh lime juice and add the chopped cilantro, minced garlic, and ground cumin. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
