Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat based on preference)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (more or less to taste)

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced thinly

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (or milk chocolate for a sweeter flavor)

A pinch of sea salt (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.

Line Your Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, making sure to leave some excess hanging over the edges for easy removal later.

Spread the Yogurt: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer using a spatula, about 1/4 inch thick.

Add Strawberries: Evenly distribute the sliced strawberries over the yogurt layer, pressing them down slightly so they adhere to the yogurt.

Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until completely smooth. Alternatively, you can melt the chocolate using a double boiler on the stovetop.

Drizzle Chocolate: Once melted, use a spoon or a piping bag to drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt and strawberries in a decorative pattern.

Sprinkle with Sea Salt: If desired, lightly sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the top for a touch of flavor contrast.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours, or until the yogurt bark is fully set and firm.

Cut and Serve: Once frozen, remove the bark from the baking sheet using the parchment paper. Break or cut into pieces and serve immediately. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Storage: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week. Enjoy directly from the freezer for a refreshing treat!
