4 Weetabix biscuits

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)

1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts (for topping)

1/2 banana, sliced (optional topping)

Pinch of sea salt

Prep the Base: In a large mixing bowl, crumble the Weetabix biscuits into smaller pieces. This will help soak up the almond milk more evenly.
