2 cups heavy cream

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk together until smooth and well combined.

Add Meats and Cheese: To the cream mixture, add the diced ham, sliced salami, diced pepperoni, half of the shredded cheddar, and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix well.

Combine with Pasta: Gently fold in the cooked rotini pasta until the pasta is completely coated with the cheesy mixture.

Transfer to Casserole Dish: Pour the pasta and meat mixture into a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish. Spread it out evenly.

Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the top of the casserole.

Bake: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown on top.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions and parsley before serving.
