2 pounds of russet potatoes, peeled and cubed

4 slices of thick-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled

1/2 cup of cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup of sour cream

1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup of ranch dressing

1/4 cup of milk (adjust based on desired creaminess)

3 tablespoons of unsalted butter

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Cook the Potatoes: Place the cubed potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold, salted water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, reduce heat to a simmer and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender. Drain and return the potatoes to the pot.
