Ingredients

12 oz farfalle (bow-tie) pasta

8 oz fresh mozzarella balls, halved

2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup fresh basil leaves, roughly chopped

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup balsamic glaze

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

1 garlic clove, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Freshly grated Parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the farfalle pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, balsamic glaze, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, halved mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes, and chopped basil.

Add Dressing: Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently to coat everything evenly.

Chill: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the salad to an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve: Before serving, toss the salad again and taste; adjust seasoning if necessary. Optionally, sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top and drizzle with extra balsamic glaze for a beautiful finish.
