1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust heat level to taste)

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 head of iceberg or romaine lettuce (leaving whole leaves for wraps)

1/4 cup diced celery

1/4 cup diced red onion

1/4 cup shredded carrots

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)

Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the diced chicken, seasoning it with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked, approximately 7-10 minutes.

    Add Buffalo Sauce: Once the chicken is cooked, reduce the heat to low and stir in the buffalo sauce and cream cheese. Mix until the cream cheese has melted and the chicken is evenly coated in the sauce. Allow to simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
