Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1 cup fresh blueberries (or frozen)

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

A pinch of salt

Instructions

Prep the Fruit: Peel the bananas and slice them into smaller chunks. If using fresh blueberries, rinse them under cold water to clean. If using frozen, you can use them directly.

Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the banana pieces, blueberries, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.

Taste and Adjust: After blending, taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired. Blend again to incorporate.

Fill the Molds: Pour the blueberry-banana blend into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion as they freeze.

Insert Sticks: If your popsicle molds have lids with sticks, insert the sticks into the center of each mold. If not, freeze for about 30-60 minutes until the mixture starts to firm up, then insert wooden popsicle sticks into the center of each mold.

Freeze: Place the filled popsicle molds in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours or until completely frozen solid.

Unmold and Enjoy: To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds. Gently pull the popsicles out and enjoy immediately!
