Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup chocolate chip cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)

1 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

1/4 cup chocolate chips

1/4 cup banana slices (optional)

Cooking spray or butter for greasing the skillet

Instructions

Preheat and Prepare: Start by preheating a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease the skillet with cooking spray or a small amount of butter to prevent sticking.

Spread the Base: Take one flour tortilla and spread a generous layer of peanut butter over one side. This will act as the binding glue for all the delicious fillings!

Add the Cookie Dough: Place a few dollops of chocolate chip cookie dough evenly across the peanut butter layer. Make sure not to overstuff, as you want to be able to fold the tortilla.

Layer the Goodies: Sprinkle mini marshmallows, crushed graham crackers, and a few chocolate chips on top of the cookie dough. For an extra fruity touch, add sliced bananas if desired.

Fold and Cook: Carefully fold the tortilla in half, covering the fillings. Place the quesadilla in the hot skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side until it turns golden brown.

Flip and Finish: Gently flip the quesadilla using a spatula and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the other side is golden and the insides are melty.

Slice and Serve: Once both sides are cooked, remove the quesadilla from the skillet and let it cool for a minute. Cut into wedges and serve warm. You can garnish with a drizzle of chocolate or a dusting of powdered sugar if you like!
