Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (full-fat for creaminess)

1/2 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)

Zest of 1 lemon

Zest of 1 lime

1/4 cup honey (or to taste)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/4 teaspoon salt

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Citrus segments for garnish (orange, lemon, and lime)

Instructions

Combine Yogurt Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, orange juice, lemon zest, lime zest, honey, and vanilla extract. Whisk gently until the mixture is smooth and well blended. Taste and adjust sweetness with additional honey if desired.

Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, pour in the heavy whipping cream and sprinkle with salt. Using an electric mixer on medium-high speed, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes. Be careful not to overbeat.

Fold Together: Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture in three batches. Use a rubber spatula to carefully combine the two mixtures, taking care not to deflate the whipped cream. The final result should be light and airy.

Chill: Spoon the mixture into individual serving cups or bowls. Cover them with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors meld and the texture set.

Serve: Once chilled, take the yogurt clouds out of the refrigerator. Garnish each serving with fresh mint leaves and citrus segments for a burst of color and flavor. Enjoy this light and refreshing dessert!
