2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spice preference)

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Prep Carrots: Start by peeling the carrots and cutting them into uniform sticks, about 1/4 inch thick, to ensure even cooking.

    Make the Marinade: In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, honey, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

      Coat the Carrots: Add the carrot sticks to the bowl with the marinade. Toss the carrots until they are evenly coated with the sweet and spicy mixture.

        Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for approximately 3-5 minutes.
