4 medium-sized russet potatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano or thyme

Prep the Potatoes: Wash and scrub the russet potatoes thoroughly. Pat them dry with a towel. Slice them into thin rounds, about ¼ inch thick, ensuring uniformity for even cooking.
