2 medium zucchinis, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds

2 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped (adjust based on spice preference)

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Prep the Zucchini: Wash the zucchinis and slice them into 1/4 inch thick rounds. Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture, which will help them crisp up in the air fryer.

    Make the Cheese Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-combined.
