1/4 cup teriyaki sauce (store-bought or homemade)

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce (low sodium preferred)

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon ginger powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Sesame seeds for garnish

Chopped green onions for garnish

Marinate the Salmon: In a medium bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, honey, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper. Place the salmon bites in the bowl and gently toss to coat them evenly. Let the salmon marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 1 hour in the refrigerator for deeper flavor).

    Prepare the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
